MEDICINA

What foods are natural B blockers
2018/11/05,17:40
I have decided to write this article, because this article can help to everybody who is taking care about health. Namely, some foods are richer in certain ingredients, which help in the normal maintenance of the functions of our organism.
Not so long ago, I was  at one wonderful lecture by our famous cardiologist, Prof. Goran Milasinovic. Although my specialty is surgery, I went to a cardiological lecture primarily about license points, but it turned out that this was one of the best lectures I've ever been. Cardiology, was to say, my love at the beginning of the study, and later on.

Namely, the lecture topics were B-blockers, primarily B1 blockers, which act on the heart muscles, slowing down its work, reducing heart hypertrophy and consequently reducing arterial pressure.

A special review was on the drug Bisoprolol, also cardioselective B blocker, which proved to be excellent in reducing heart hypertrophy for incredible 6 months.

What was fascinating to me was that certain foods contained certain amounts of these substances (B blockers) in them.

At this place we will mention them:

1. Bananas, which besides they are rich in potassium and vitamin B6, are also rich in B1 blockers.

2. Chamomile, in addition to its soothing effect, which may be due to a direct effect on heart calm, is simply a source of B1 blockers.

3. Rose hip, is also a rich source of B1 blockers, in addition to its antioxidant effect.

4. Avocados, not so present food in our areas is also a good source of B1 blockers.

5. Olive oil, which, in addition to the beneficial effects of oil, contains less concentration of B1 blockers.

6. Broccoli, a long-known fantastic food rich in vitamin C and vitamin A. In addition, it also contains smaller amounts of B blockers.

By putting in one's or daily diet one or more of these foods, you can help your heart be healthier in a few months. Of course, it would be desirable to expel the harmfulness of their lives, preventative smoking, laziness and reduced physical activity, overeating (although the stomach is full, he always say that it is hungry) and bad thoughts.

Stay healthy!
